Sewer video camera inspection. Televised sewer from overhead clean out in basement. Sewer is all PVC and is in good condition at this time. Pavlopoulos
3-17-2025: Excavated existing clean outs at 732 and 734 for access to descale and line 4” cast. Descaled from toilet collar in unit 730 to wye for 4” main from unit 732. Descaled from unit 732 toilet collar to open hole outside. Descaled from toilet collar in 734 to open hole outside. Descaled from toilet collar in unit 736 to wye at main 4” from 734. Took measurements for lining from open holes back to toilet collars in units 732 and 734, also line from toilet collars in 730 and 736 up to wye from 4” mains, we will install x2 connection liners at main wyes. 3-27-25 Inserted 4” liners at 732 and 734 through the two open pipes extending approximately 12 feet upstream ending at the toilet collars. Inserted 4” liners at 730 and 736 through the two toilet collars extending approximately 15 feet ending just prior to the connections to the main run. 3-28-25 Installed two connection liners from both open pipes to connect the main lines and branch lines. Reinstated all connections. Repiped
Televised from newly installed 4" PVC outside clean-outs outside units 730 & 736 upstream 13 feet to toilet collar. Televised from toilet branch arm in adjacent unit 13' to tie into main lateral. Provide estimate to line the lateral lines at 730 & 736, including 6 reinstates.
Slab leak repair service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fitting and connections. Suggest spray lining with Duct Armor to seal and encapsulate concrete ducts and metal fittings.
Sewer video inspection service call. Televised sewer from outside clean outs to city main then back to house. Provide proposal for lining from inside clean out and outside to main.
We are applying our Trenchless Cast Mortar to all of the heavily rusted connections and elbows in the underground air duct system. This process will give these areas a strong concrete like structure and backfill will no longer enter from these areas.
We are cleaning the 4” cast sewer from an overhead stack clean out about 45’ out to the septic tank using our precision drain cleaning equipment to clean all the corrosion and scale build up from the pipe, hydro jetting and doing a video inspection to be sure line is clean, now the line is clean and prepped properly we are installing a 45’ of (4”)sewer liner from the overhead stack out to the septic tank. The seamless liner will not allow tree roots or scale build up which cause sewer back ups!
We are repairing the old 4” cast iron pipe going into the house with our no dig sewer lining technology. We are going to line 25’ of 4” cast iron pipe upstream from the outside clean out. When the pipe is lined, all of the cracks and channeled pipe will be smooth.
Repaired 4” cast iron sewer line under customer’s porch without digging.
